HR Business Partner Responsibilities

               – Engage with business stakeholders to understand needs and objectives.

   – Align HR strategies with corporate goals for effective integration.                                                   

               – Oversee proper maintenance of employment records and data.

               – Propose innovative approaches and policies aligned with business goals.

   – Enhance productivity through strategic HR alignment.

               – Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives in HR development.

               – Contribute to collateral material development for HR initiatives.

               – Create and deliver reports on diverse HR aspects for decision-making.

   – Provide insights into HR metrics and key performance indicators.

               – Undertake additional duties as assigned to support overall objectives.

   – Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in diverse HR responsibilities.

               – Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

   – Demonstrates proficiency with HRIS systems.

               – Successfully establishes or improves a collaborative work environment.

   – Demonstrates an understanding of people issues impacting the business.

Qualification

  • Minimum Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in HR.
