HR Data Analyst Job Description
The Level 3 Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (Millwright) oversees safe training of new hires in trouble shooting equipment repairs. They also plan and coordinate preventive maintenance tasks for the maintenance team, while managing spare parts inventory to ensure maximum equipment uptime for timely delivery of quality products, meeting customer expectations.

HR Data Analyst Roles & Responsibilities
- Generates both ad-hoc and routine reports, offering in-depth analysis. Gathers data on turnover, employee transitions, recruiting progress, and more, adhering to predetermined reporting schedules. Assists in interpreting data and proposes actionable insights. Assesses reports related to critical HR business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborates closely with the Head of HR IQR, HRPD, and the HRBP team.
- Accountable for enhancing the team member experience within critical HR business processes.
- Assists HR leadership in special projects, such as due diligence for Mergers & Acquisitions, Post Merger Integration, and restructuring. Provides support for Immigration and global mobility assignments in collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
- Manages data integrity for government reporting, collaborating closely with external consultants on Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) and EEO-1 forms. Prepares and analyses crucial employee data sets.
- Oversees employee service awards programs and contributes to designated reward and recognition initiatives.
- Administers the IQR internship program for IQR, disseminating information through social media and internal communication channels.
- Develops internal communications for HR, encompassing presentations, memorandums, and more. Curates social media posts for HR, sharing insights for employee newsletters, community outreach, internship programs, etc.
- Demonstrates adaptability and a positive mindset in embracing innovation and change. Engages in business intelligence research and actively contributes to innovation project initiatives.
- Keeps abreast of the latest developments in employee engagement. Formulates and executes strategies to enhance employee engagement, culture, and organisational capabilities. Collaborates with HRBPs IQR to implement these initiatives.
- Sustains a robust understanding of legislation pertaining to employment, compensation, benefits, and other relevant human resources functions.
HR Data Analyst Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree is a prerequisite (e.g., in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications.
- Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience.
- Possesses advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and demonstrates expertise in Workday for reporting and data analytics.
- Demonstrates outstanding problem-solving skills and possesses expertise in data analytics.
- Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks independently. Demonstrates keen attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
