Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop and implement HR programs focusing on employer branding, culture, and organizational development.
- Gather market data and best practices to inform HR strategies and initiatives.
- Coordinate the implementation of tools and systems to support HR programs and generate reports as needed.
- Assist the HR team with operational activities related to key programs.
- Produce reports on HR processes as required to track progress and inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, preferably with an MBA specialization in HR.
- Available for a full-time internship position.
- Available for a minimum of 3 months, preferably 6 months.
- Possess relevant skills and interests aligned with the internship role.
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and be highly motivated.
