Financial Analyst Role and Responsibilities
As Delivery Practitioner, you are responsible for transaction processing in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Responsibilities
1. Manage and coordinate various accounting activities related to the General Ledger, focusing on areas such as fixed assets, inter-company transactions, inventory, cash and bank transactions, indirect taxes, and accruals.
2. Conduct a comprehensive analysis to identify potential risks or opportunities impacting revenues, costs, and overall profitability. Propose and implement appropriate actions to mitigate risks or capitalise on opportunities.
3. Monitor and uphold compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring that all timelines are met consistently.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1. Entry-level position with 0-1 year of work experience in Finance and Accounting.
2. Proficient in managing order fulfilment processes, including the collection and application of cash payments.
3. Experience in identifying duplicate records in Vendor Invoice receipts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices.
4. Knowledgeable in matching invoices, identifying errors, and resolving exceptions to prioritise invoices and reduce ageing.
5. Active participation in a team that adheres to SOX compliance, ensuring documents are posted only after proper approval.
6. Hands-on experience in handling both manual and automatic payment requests, including verification and proposing payment runs.
7. Solid understanding of Travel and Expense (T/E) claims and payments processes, including resolving duplicate payments, recovery efforts, and vendor statement reconciliations.
8. Ability to handle queries through calls and email follow-ups, demonstrating effective communication skills.
9. Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and various accounting processes.
10. Proficient in expense management, with the ability to detect duplicate or error records and take appropriate actions.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and well-versed in Accounting terminologies.
2. Desired experience in handling queries through both calls and emails.
