Role & Responsibility Jobs In Gurugram:


Oversee and regulate third-party vendor operations across voice and non-voice channels.

Implement robust operational processes to maintain high standards of service delivery and meet customer experience KPIs through outsourcing partners.

Utilise CRM and cloud telephony tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Develop and communicate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to the team in response to process updates or product developments.

Analyse data to identify historical trends and address process improvement needs.

Regularly publish operational metrics and reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
