EY Business Consultant Responsibilities
- Recognize and internally escalate any potential red flags associated with the engagement.
- Compile reports, deliverables, status updates, and presentations for audit committee review.
- Showcase proficiency in multitasking and effectively handling multiple projects as directed by managers.
- Manage data analytics using tools such as Access, ACL, etc.
- Proactively recognize and escalate instances where counselees are not contributing to billable engagements.
- Familiarity with internal auditing standards issued by IIA and ICAI.
EY Business Consultant Skills
- Assist clients in recognizing and managing critical risk areas, fostering adaptability for prompt responses. Focus areas encompass enterprise risk and resilience, internal audit, compliance, and internal controls.
- Facilitates clients in achieving sustainable growth by safeguarding business performance and delivering reliable communications on internal control and regulatory compliance to various stakeholders. EY teams achieve this through evaluating technology risks introduced to businesses.
- Assist clients in the financial sector with identifying, managing, and monitoring business risks through a transformative and agile approach. This encompasses processes, procedures, risk analysis, data modelling, analytics, stakeholder reporting, third-party engagement, business requirements for software and IT implementation, and analysis of assets, liabilities, as well as capital and liquidity management.
EY Business Consultant Qualification
- Hold professional qualifications as a Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and possess a Masters in Business Administration.
Experience
- Possess a professional background with 1-3 years of experience.
