Responsibilities
- Supervise staff during shift operations.
- Ensure completion of all tasks within agreed timelines.
- Monitor and resolve exceptions promptly.
- Identify opportunities for process efficiency improvement.
- Identify team members’ training needs.
- Establish strong relationships with client operations sites.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Track procedure changes and ensure team awareness.
Requirements
- Experienced in International Payment Processing Operations.
- Proficient in SWIFT and international payment practices.
- Familiarity with client and third-party bank investigations for Multicurrency payments is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external interactions at all levels.
- Collaboration with Risk, Audit, and Compliance for organizational objectives.
- Effective people management abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving approach with issue ownership and determination.
- Ability to escalate issues appropriately.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong PC skills.
