5. Strengths-Based Development:

   – Engage in strengths-based development and coaching.

   – Receive mentoring from senior colleagues and a professional development manager.

Management Consultant Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree; Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) or equivalent work experience (typically 2 to 5 years) preferred.

– Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment.

– Capability to drive an independent workstream within a broader team project.

– Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations.

– Strong quantitative thinking and analysis skills.

– Effective communication in English and local office language(s).
