Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire Order to Cash (O2C) Process.
- Review contracts, initiate renewals, and manage contract bookings.
- Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution.
- Take ownership of operational metrics, TATs, and SLAs, managing and resolving escalations.
- Foster cross-functional relationships to facilitate collaboration.

- Assist in preparing and delivering management reports and analysis.
Skills Required
- MBA in Finance with 0-2 years of experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
