.net Developer Responsibilities
- Evaluate and integrate user requirements and business needs into new or improved product functionalities.
- Develop, code, test, and document software code.
- Oversee other programming resources while actively engaging in daily software development tasks, emphasizing a hands-on approach over full-time management responsibilities.
- Contribute to packaging and delivering finalized software products to clients.
- Communicate effectively with technical and business leaders regarding business requirements, system capabilities, programming updates, and enhancement statuses.
- Support software sales initiatives by delivering presentations and engaging in technical discussions with both existing and potential clients.
.net Developer Qualification
Required
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Possesses a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, architecture, and design.
- Demonstrates analytical and detail-oriented traits, along with both team-oriented and independent work capabilities.
- Brings 3 to 7 years of experience in developing web-based client/server applications.
- Skilled in working with Microsoft’s ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and ASP.NET Core Framework, particularly using the C# language.
- Experienced with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Proficient in JavaScript (TypeScript or ECMAScript 7+) and at least one JavaScript framework (e.g., Ext JS, Angular, or React).
- Familiar with developing and utilizing REST APIs.
- Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possesses strong technical and organizational capabilities.
Preferred
- Proficient in using GIT for source control.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, with additional experience in constructing and maintaining fully automated Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines in Microsoft Azure DevOps considered advantageous.
- Major plus if experienced in developing cloud-based applications within a micro-services architecture.
- Additional advantage for experience in developing applications deployed on public clouds such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Bonus points for hands-on experience with NoSQL Databases (e.g., MongoDB or Cosmos DB).
- Additional merit for familiarity with various reporting solutions like Crystal Reports or Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
