Operation Associate Responsibilities
- Own and manage the timely execution of GRNs, SESs, ATNs, and Dispatch Documents post verification and confirmation, ensuring thorough documentation of all approvals and requests.
- Report daily tracking and provide MIS for various charging infrastructure operations processes. Offer feedback and raise callouts for any deviations in the process. Demonstrate excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Interface with multiple installation, logistics, inventory, and service vendors, as well as various HMCL Plants, Offices, and Departments, to obtain, validate, and execute documents for charging infrastructure.
- Handle escalations effectively, prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and provide solutions for identified issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Application, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Possess 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Must have SAP domain knowledge.
- Have at least 1+ years of exposure to SAP.
- Possessing SAP Certification is considered good to have.
