Brand Manager Responsibilities
- Ensure sufficient data inputs across traffic, conversion, and basket metrics to drive share growth and achieve business results for P&G’s online presence.
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of media and marketing strategies for key eCommerce clients across various product categories.
- Drive e-user penetration growth, trial initiatives, and premium offerings for customers/categories to achieve profitable business growth.
- Enhance daily Return on Ad Spends by gaining deep insights into the e-Shopper Path to Purchase across platforms and categories, enabling informed investment decisions in search, events, and display advertising.
- Acquire expertise in eCommerce dynamics by studying sales, marketing, and supply chain fundamentals, identifying opportunities for customer and category growth.
- Develop distinct marketing and commercial proficiencies to efficiently manage clients and product lines, ensuring a comprehensive approach to business management.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree (MBA) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from prestigious Tier-1 colleges, with a particular interest or passion for Brand Management.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the FMCG or e-commerce industry, with a preference for prior involvement in eCommerce, either from the platform or company side.
- Preferred Skills: Familiarity or experience with marketing models, digital media, and performance marketing.
- Achievements: Demonstrated excellence in academic and/or non-academic endeavours.
- Capabilities: Possesses leadership qualities, self-starting attitude, and out-of-the-box thinking capabilities.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in strategic analysis with strong collaboration skills.
- Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
