Resource Operations Manager Responsibilities
- Prepare near-term and long-term Profit and Loss (P&L) forecasts for Netflix’s content investments and production management in India.
- Create cash flow forecasts for Netflix’s content investments and production management activities in India.
- Develop concise presentations summarizing P&L and cash flow data to aid decision-making for senior Netflix management and stakeholders.
- Conduct financial scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
- Forecast programming flow and analytics to plan for the long-term health of content.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Creative, Legal Affairs, and Production to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Possess over 6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in media/entertainment Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is preferred.
- Proficient in conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis.
- Skilled in delivering actionable recommendations based on analysis.
- High proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience working in a cross-functional setup.
- Capable of reporting analysis and sharing insights with high-level stakeholders.
- Sound working knowledge of related accounting policies is preferred.
- Holds a degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance (Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics).
