Responsibilities
- Forecasting and scheduling for 400 employees across four locations.
- Generating and updating forecasts and schedules regularly.
- Ensuring accuracy of team data with new hires, team modifications, and departures.
- Collaborating in real-time with Support team leaders to ensure compliance.
- Maintaining precise data for the Member Experience team, including trend analysis.
- Enhancing the process for tracking performance and setting targets.
Requirements
- Contact center experience with knowledge of inflow forecasting, handle time, and queue management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in English (C1).
- Strong aptitude for quick learning, adapting to new tasks, and software.
- Self-management skills to effectively prioritize workload for process enhancement.
- Comfortable using office programs such as Google Docs, Word, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to identify errors in complex data.
- Problem-solving mindset for swift implementation of solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing relationships across teams.
- Analytical abilities to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Willingness to take ownership of high-stakes tasks.
