- Clearly defined and articulated product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce AI Platform.
- Successfully launched features and improvements based on prioritized requirements and success metrics.
- Effective collaboration with engineering teams resulting in the delivery of scoped and prioritized feature specifications.
- Gathered valuable feedback from customers, stakeholders, and partners leading to roadmap updates and identification of new opportunities.
- Maintained awareness of industry trends and competition in Generative AI.
- Aligned product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies with product marketing.
- Represented Salesforce as a knowledgeable and authoritative figure in the domain and product space, enhancing brand reputation and credibility.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Product Management demonstrated by a track record of successful technical product/platform management.
- Strong background in AI/ML space with demonstrated ability to work closely with technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills evident through successful interactions with executive leadership and handling of critical issues.
- Proficiency in agile/lean methodologies with demonstrated experience in backlog management.
- Track record of fostering collaborations both internally and externally for product development and enhancement.
- Degree or equivalent experience meeting the core competencies required for the role.
- Additional desired skills include experience in defining and building AI platforms, understanding of Generative AI and LLM landscape, working on ML metrics, evaluations, and benchmarking, collaboration with Data Science and ML Engineering teams, and familiarity with AWS & Sagemaker.
