Senior Audit Manager Responsibility
- Assist in SOX Internal Controls assessment, operational audits, and investigations.
- Develop and update Risk and Control Matrices, flowcharts, and testing procedures.
- Prepare and maintain testing work papers for timely and comprehensive audits.
- Analyse control deficiencies, gain stakeholder agreement on root causes, and propose corrective actions.
- Contribute to risk assessments and design audit programs addressing relevant risks.
- Support all internal audit phases – planning, fieldwork, close meetings, and reporting.
- Collaborate to identify areas for improvement and recommend industry best practices.
Skills Required
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- Possesses recognized professional qualification(s) such as CA, CPA, or CIA.
- Brings 2-3 years of relevant experience in SOX/IFC and/or Internal Audit.
- Desirable experience includes a background in Big 4 or similar auditing firms.
- Experience with cloud-based or software as a service (SAAS) companies is a plus.
- Proficient in supporting the execution of the SOX program, control principles (e.g., COSO), and internal audits.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and a team-oriented approach, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Proven ability as a self-starter, actively identifying, advocating for, and executing improvements.
- Maintains a positive attitude, embraces change, and excels in a fast-paced environment.
