Senior Business Analyst Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and assess test scripts to verify the functionality of systems and processes.
- Craft, refine, and evaluate Functional Design Specifications.
- Support the development and upkeep of materials for training and documentation, covering system functionality and processes.
- Conduct and assess the execution of test scripts.
- Provide estimations for the efforts needed in designing, testing, and implementing system enhancements.
- Champion and endorse the principles of standardisation and simplification in the design of systems and processes.
- Oversee system changes through the utilisation of formal Change Management processes and tools.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in SAP modules, prioritised as follows: Customer Service (CS), Sales and Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution (LE), Materials Management (MM), and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
