Senior Manager Role
- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into complaints and concerns raised by both Full-Time Employees (FTEs) and Fixed-Term Contracts (FTCs) to ensure an objective process.
- Evaluate the Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) landscape for both Fixed-Term Contracts (FTCs) and Full-Time Employees (FTEs) through a pulse check.
- Address and resolve grievances for both Fixed-Term Contracts (FTCs) and Full-Time Employees (FTEs) through an effective redressal process.
- Manage and respond to incidents and accidents that occur in the workplace.
- Conduct training sessions in Employee Relations (ER), covering areas such as Code of Conduct (COC), Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH), and other relevant topics.
- Enhance the well-being of the staff by implementing measures to improve their welfare.
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements for Full-Time Employees (FTEs), Fixed-Term Contracts (FTCs), Daily-Hired (DHs), and Monthly-Hired (MHs).
- Implement necessary actions in response to policy violations, ensuring adherence to established disciplinary procedures.
Senior Manager Requirements
1. Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Master’s degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
3. Demonstrate proven experience in employee relations, industrial relations, or a related field.
4. Showcase a robust understanding of labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
5. Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Demonstrate adept problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
7. Showcase the capacity to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
8. Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
