Client Care Executive Responsibilities

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service:
    • Handle customer inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and effectively, ensuring a consistently delightful customer experience.
    • Resolve customer concerns in accordance with SCB Policies, striving for end-to-end resolution.
  • Value-Added Services and Digital Education:
    • Enrol customers in value-added services and provide digital education where applicable to enhance their banking experience.
  • Accurate Call Handling and Tagging:
    • Accurately categorize and tag call types to streamline processes and improve data management.
  • Compliance and Risk Awareness:
    • Maintain a high level of awareness regarding KYC and Anti-money laundering policies to ensure compliance.
    • Identify potential disputes, escalations, and process gaps, promptly reporting them to management.
  • Sales and Financial Needs Identification:
    • Proactively identify and address customers’ financial needs during service calls, offering relevant solutions aligned with their requirements.
    • Conduct sales pitches ethically, avoiding mis-selling, and strive to achieve set targets and service standards.
  • Case Follow-Up and Closure:
    • Ensure proper follow-up and tracking of cases, aiming for closure within defined turnaround times where applicable.
    • Follow up on delinquent accounts to negotiate timely payments if necessary.
  • Data Confidentiality and Compliance:
    • Adhere strictly to customer data confidentiality policies and comply with all applicable rules, regulations, and group policies.
  • Key Performance and Risk Indicators:
    • Work towards achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) defined by the group, focusing on aspects like proper authentication, reduced rejects, and maintained turnaround times.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Familiarity with asset management concepts
  • Proficient in loan products
  • Fluent in Hindi, with strong communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer systems
  • Quick learner
