Senior Manager Responsibilities

• Utilise advanced analytical methods to tackle business problems, working with extensive and intricate datasets.
• Regularly track and predict essential business metrics.
• Conduct routine planning sessions and review key performance metrics to leverage opportunities arising from change.
• Determine the appropriate metrics and measurement frameworks to monitor progress towards a specific business objective.
• Develop, execute, and evaluate experiments to validate business hypotheses.
• Accelerate root cause analyses and insight generation for recurring use cases through the implementation of automation and self-service platforms.
• Craft compelling narratives infused with business insights, emphasising the strategic goals of the organisation.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, and Data Engineering teams to continually enhance data accuracy by providing feedback and contributing to the refinement of instrumentation quality and completeness.
• Establish elevated standards in project management, taking ownership of team scope and timelines. Assume responsibility for enhancing skills within the organisation, encompassing training, process definition, and exploration of new tools and techniques.
• Strategically plan team size and oversee the hiring process to meet required staffing levels. Establish performance benchmarks for the team, offering regular feedback and conducting periodic performance appraisals.
• Take ownership of prioritisation with stakeholders, negotiating to ensure high-impact work. Collaborate with stakeholders to create a roadmap and strategy for the respective business unit. In this role, you will lead midsize teams, focusing on effective team management.
