Responsibilities
- Review and address customer comments and observations regarding study specifications and technical inputs.
- Develop compliant technical designs, engineering calculations, and drawings.
- Verify and validate design documents for accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Generate cost-effective and optimized solutions for engineering challenges.
- Procure and requisition IEDs, relays, and other materials necessary for the project.
- Issue technical specifications to facilitate material procurement.
- Attend customer technical meetings to obtain approvals and resolve queries.
- Release manufacturing instructions and project configurations for implementation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including the Testing team, for internal validation and FAT participation.
- Provide assistance to the site team in resolving technical issues and addressing snag lists.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
- For B.E./B.Tech graduates: 2 to 3 years of experience in Electrical & Electronics or Electrical engineering.
- For Diploma holders: 3 to 5 years of experience in Electrical & Electronics or Electrical engineering.
- Proficiency in Power System & Primary Equipment, Substation Automation, and Communication Protocols.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work independently and adept problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated aptitude for collaboration and teamwork.
- Capacity for innovation.
- Ability to convince and influence others.
