- Manage daily shifts effectively.
- Oversee and coordinate administrative aspects of associates.
- Assign tasks effectively to associates.
- Supervise and guide associates in enhancing productivity, maintaining quality, and ensuring safety standards.
- Analyze data reports to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and enhance overall efficiency.
- Track the status of problem-solving queues.
- Accountable for ensuring quality during shifts and implementing relevant action plans.
- Develop and execute training plans for the professional growth of associates.
- Perform daily 4M and 5S audits for the designated workstations.
- Establish and enforce formal process control and improvement mechanisms, including the implementation of practices like Kaizen.
- Define critical skills for outlining the transportation process from FC to FC/RSC.
- Ensure ample bandwidth in the sortation team for effective peak time delivery management, and consistently enhance throughput to achieve sustained improvements in delivery performance.
