Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and enhancing their digital products and technology services for both clients and employees.
- Utilizing a wide range of software engineering practices, from user needs analysis to feature development, automated testing, and deployment.
- Ensuring the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of their solutions by adhering to digital principles and implementing functional and non-functional requirements.
- Integrating observability into their solutions, actively monitoring production health, addressing incidents, and resolving underlying risks and issues.
- Sharing knowledge and expertise with team members, actively participating in hiring processes, and contributing to their engineering culture and internal communities on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Proficient in Angular, React, Node.js, Bootstrap, Spring Boot, Jasper, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Extensive expertise in state management and data visualization.
- Strong command of CSS3 and HTML5.
- Familiarity with Crystal Reports and VC++ is advantageous for managing legacy vendor code.
- Skilled in developing highly responsive UI components handling large data sets for real-time environments.
- Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and UI test automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of UX design, interaction, and visual design to collaborate with product owners and stakeholders.
- Capable of integrating front-end with C# RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices.
- Familiarity with cloud architecture and engineering, particularly Microsoft Azure, is beneficial.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, Test-Driven Development, and DevOps practices.
- Demonstrated commitment to engineering best practices and delivering clean code.
