UI Developer Requirements
- Possess over one year of hands-on experience in coding and problem-solving at a significant scale, with a preference for FinTech industry exposure.
- Demonstrate strong foundations in computer science, including adeptness in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, adept at transforming complex challenges into actionable solutions.
- Possess expertise in core web technologies, including JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and proficiency in mobile-first web development principles.
- Have hands-on experience with contemporary web frameworks and possess comprehensive knowledge in at least one framework, showcasing a deep understanding of its overall design approach.
- Tasked with taking ownership of multiple web products across teams or within a larger team, responsible for defining and steering the success of the assigned products.
- Passionate about Web Performance Optimization and consistently applies it to enhance the performance of all web products under their ownership.
