Management Trainee Responsibilities
- Client Interaction and Query Resolution:
- Manage transactions adhering to required quality standards.
- Field incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or email in a courteous manner.
- Document all pertinent end user identification information and nature of problems or issues.
- Update availability in the system for productivity tracking.
- Record, track, and document all queries received, along with problem-solving steps and resolutions.
- Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve client queries within defined SLAs.
- Access internal knowledge bases and resources for effective problem resolution.
- Identify and learn product details to facilitate better client interaction and troubleshooting.
- Document and analyse call logs to identify recurring trends for proactive problem prevention.
- Maintain and update self-help documents to expedite resolution time.
- Identify and escalate serious client issues to Team Leader when necessary.
- Ensure all necessary product information and disclosures are provided to clients.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide excellent customer service by diagnosing and troubleshooting client queries effectively.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions and product features.
- Troubleshoot client queries in a user-friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Maintain records of all customer queries and accurately process incoming calls and emails.
- Offer alternative solutions to retain customer business where appropriate.
- Follow up with customers to record feedback and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Capability Development and Stakeholder Interaction:
- Undertake product training to stay updated with features, changes, and updates.
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify training themes and learning issues.
- Update job knowledge through self-learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks.
- Interact with internal stakeholders such as Team Leaders, HR, Training Team, and Technical Lead for performance reviews, employee engagement, capability development, and issue escalation/resolution.
- Engage with external stakeholders (clients) for query resolution.
